MathCreator is operated as an independent project. If you need help, want to report a problem, or have feedback about worksheets, the website, or policies, use the email address below. We read every message and use what you send to fix bugs, clarify documentation, and plan improvements.
Before you write
Many topics are already covered elsewhere on this site. Checking these pages first often answers your question faster than waiting for a reply.

What we can help with
- Bugs and technical problems the site does not load, buttons do nothing, preview or download fails, or you see an error message.
- Worksheet and PDF quality wrong or nonsensical math, bad layout (overlapping text, odd spacing), or compilation errors after you generate.
- Suggestions new courses, options, or workflows that would make MathCreator more useful in classrooms or for self-study.

How to write a helpful message
The more specific you are, the faster we can understand and reproduce the issue. You do not need to be technical — a short, clear description is enough.
- Subject line mention whether it is a bug, a PDF problem, a privacy question, or a feature idea.
- What you did course, topic, document type, and any options you changed (you can copy text from the form if that is easier).
- What happened what you expected versus what you saw, including exact error text if any.
- Your environment browser name and version (e.g. Safari 17, Chrome 120), and whether you are on a phone, tablet, or computer.
- Attachments a screenshot of the problem or a small sample PDF often makes diagnosis much quicker. Do not send student personal data or confidential exams unless you are allowed to share them.
Send mail to [email protected]. Use a subject that matches your topic so messages are easy to triage. We do not offer phone support or live chat.
Response time
We aim to reply to most messages within two to three business days. During busy periods or for complex investigations, it may take longer. If you did not get a response after a week, feel free to send a short follow-up — sometimes messages are miscategorised or caught by spam filters.
Privacy when you contact us
